Hi! It's Eret here. Autumn started a few days ago but I want to share one sunny card to re-remember the summer. It is made with Sunflower Cheer Stamp Set #916.
Gecko Microfine Glitter [GM2045];
Butterscotch Microfine Glitter [GM2051];
Hickory Microfine Glitter [GM2044];
Dark Chocolate Flocking [FL104];
Coffee Embossing Powder [EP459];
2 1/2" Double Sided Tear-ific Tape [SAT11];
1/8" Double Sided Tear-ific Tape [SAT02]
Dimensional Glue ;
Nuvo Black Shadow Hybrid ink [201N];
Nuvo Clear Mark Embossing Ink [101N];
Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive [200N];
Yellow Bird Nuvo Glitter Drops [769N];
HAI Supply Rainbow Sprinkles Sequins [Q1-001];
HAI Supply Round Embossed Sequins [Q6-001];
I started by stamping the flower from Sunflower Cheer Stamp Set with Nuvo Black Shadow Hybrid ink to the white cardstock. The image is colored with Nuvo Marker Pens. I drew an oval around the flower and fussy cut the image out with scissors. The flower center is covered with Dimensional Glue and Dark Chocolate Flocking.
I covered piece of cardstock with 2 1/2" Double Sided Tear-ific Tape and used an Oval die to cut the shape. I adhered sunflower image to the middle of it and covered the edges with Hickory Microfine Glitter.
The polka dot background is made out of leftovers. Do you know those round sticker labels? I used them to label my stamp sets. I was left with a big sticker full of holes. I didn't want to waste it, so I cut it to the size I needed and covered its sticky side with Gecko Microfine Glitter. This has adhered to a piece of cardstock which was covered with 2 1/2" Double Sided Tear-ific Tape. I placed HAI Supply Rainbow Sprinkles Sequins to some of the circles and then I adhered strips of 1/8" Double Sided Tear-ific Tape to both sides of the polka dot sticker. I covered all of the sticky parts with Butterscotch Microfine Glitter. Then I removed the protective layer from the 1/8" Tear-ific Tape and covered it with Hickory Microfine Glitter.
The sentiment is stamped with Nuvo Clear Mark Embossing Ink and it's heat embossed with Coffee Embossing Powder. I used the x-acto knife to cut it out. The sentiment has adhered to the background with foam tape.
