I Woof You by Vicki

Hello Glitter Friends!  Vicki here to share my card with you using the December release digital set Puppy Love.

Products Used:

After printing out the image with the sentiment added underneath, I used a rectangle die to cut it out leaving the top portion of the balloons cut out and moved in front of the die or an "out of the box" technique.
After coloring the image in with Copic markers, I used the Nuvo Precision Glue Pen to add adhesive to the tiny hearts in the shirt.  (I only added adhesive to the ones I wanted red and the ones I wanted pink.)  I first sprinkled on some Pink Spirit Flocking and then added the Cherry Sparkle Flocking last.
Next, I've taken a larger piece of white cardstock and added some 1/2" Tear-ific Tape around each edge of the panel.  I then die cut a larger scalloped rectangle panel and then peeled off the tape to add some of the Cherry Sparkle Flocking around each edge.  (I didn't need the entire panel covered, just the edges that would be showing on the layers in the card.)  I then layered the Chrome Silver Mirror Cardstock piece behind the image panel and attached to the card base.
Lastly, for the balloons, I covered them with some Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew which dries clear, but while it was still wet, I sprinkled on some Waterscape glitter for extra sparkle and then let it dry.  (I've also added some of the Crystal Drops to his nose.)
I then added a couple of bows I tied with a thin silver ribbon and attached them with some Dimensional Glue.
In this close up photo you can also see the details of the flocking!  :)
